City Healthcare Services
Full platform rebuild, infrastructure and email recovery, plus ongoing management.
The situation
A home healthcare provider was running on a legacy site built and hosted by a third party who controlled the domain, the hosting and the business email. Content could not be updated without raising a ticket, the site did not reflect the agency's accreditation, and the whole digital presence sat behind a vendor relationship the client could not exit.
How we approached it
- Recovered the domain and moved registration into the client's own account
- Audited the existing site and extracted every page, article and service before migration
- Rebuilt the site from scratch rather than porting a theme the client could not maintain
- Separated transactional email from business email so the DNS cutover carried no inbox risk
What we built
- A rebuilt marketing site covering services, conditions, careers and referrals
- Accreditation assets surfaced prominently across the site rather than buried
- Referral and contact flows with delivery the client can verify
- Hosting, DNS and transactional email on infrastructure the client owns

What we do for them now
We continue to host, monitor and maintain the platform, handle content and feature changes, and manage the domain and email infrastructure — so the agency's team spends its time on care delivery rather than on their website.
