We are a small team holding production technology for clients across four continents. That means real ownership — you will run what you build, and you will talk to the people who depend on it.

Work from anywhere

Most roles are fully remote and async-first. We write things down, so nobody has to be online at a particular hour to make progress.

No theatre in the process

A conversation, a practical exercise close to real work, and a decision. No week-long take-homes and no eight-round loops.

Ownership, not tickets

You will own systems in production and speak to clients directly. If you want to ship and hand off, this is not the right place.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Build and run client platforms end to end — TypeScript, React and Next.js on the front, Node or Laravel behind it. You will own systems in production, not just ship features and move on.

What you will do

  • • Design and build client platforms from scoping through to production
  • • Own the systems you ship, including deployments and incident response
  • • Review other engineers' work and raise the standard around you

What we look for

  • • Five or more years building production web applications
  • • Strong TypeScript, React and a server-side framework
  • • Comfortable owning infrastructure as well as application code

What we look for

  • • Four or more years in cloud infrastructure or DevOps

  • • Practical incident response, not just theory

Put AI into real business processes — retrieval over client documentation, workflow automation, decision support. The work is production systems with evaluation and guardrails, not demos.

What you will do

  • • Identify where AI genuinely pays in a client operation, and where it does not
  • • Build retrieval and automation systems into existing stacks
  • • Design evaluation harnesses so output quality is measured

What we look for

  • • Hands-on experience shipping LLM-backed systems to production
  • • Strong Python, and familiarity with vector stores and retrieval
  • • Judgement about when a simpler solution beats a model

  • • Three or more years managing software delivery
  • • Technical enough to challenge an estimate

What you will do

What we look for

  • • Three or more years in technical SEO or growth engineering

Be the named contact for client estates — monitoring, patching, backups and the first response when something breaks. The measure of this role is that clients stop worrying.

What you will do

  • • Monitor client infrastructure and respond to alerts
  • • Run scheduled patching and verify backups by restoring them
  • • Triage and resolve support requests within agreed response times

What we look for

  • • Two or more years in technical support or systems administration
  • • Linux, networking and cloud console fluency
  • • Calm under pressure and methodical when diagnosing
